Tanya Fly, founder and creator of The NU Method will be hosting this very intimate but intense weekend that was developed to demystify the basics of how to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle that works because YOU ultimately design your program!
Our Back to Basics weekend will include:
- The NU Method Workout (Total Body Conditioning)
- 3 meals and 2 snacks of Nutritional Meals every day
- Yoga
- NU insight (Group Meeting)
- NU YOU Time – individual time for you to be with your own thoughts to reflect in peace.
- NU Plan Time --1 on 1 w/Tanya to help you cut the fat from your existing schedule and create a plan that will help you stay on track once you are back home.
- A NU partner – a person you are paired with from the retreat based on similar goals and/or issues
- Online Forum and Support Group
- Bi-weekly 1hour Group meetings to discuss progress, challenges and possible solutions to keep you moving forward.
- Accommodations and travel
